For TomioAI.com and Self-host Static App

All purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us.
You are not allowed to share your license key with anyone else.
Your license key is a lifetime license and never expires. You can use TomioAI.com and the self-hosted static app as long as you want. We will continue to update TomioAI.com with new features and upgrades in the future.
By default, all future upgrades are provided to you for free. However, we reserve the right to sell future upgrades at an additional purchase if we think it is reasonable.
You can create a self-host version of TomioAI.com and host it on your server. This way, you can use the self-host version as long as you want. The app works independently on any system and requires no backend server. This ensures access to the software even if TomioAI.com goes out of business in the future.
Each license key can be used on 5 devices, typically enough for 1 user. To use it on more devices, buy new license keys or add more devices to your existing license key.
The license key can be used on at most 5 devices simultaneously. To use it on more devices, buy more seats or unlink the license key from the previous device.
TomioAI.com's features can change in the future, including adding and removing features, restricting features available in free/paid plans, and open-sourcing app source code.
TomioAI.com's service availability is not guaranteed. We will try our best to keep the service up, but we cannot guarantee availability in case of unforeseen circumstances.

For TomioAI Cloud

TomioAI Cloud is an opt-in service for convenient chat conversation sharing via a link. Other features include chat history sync between devices and backup.
It's integrated with TomioAI.com and works when using Share/Sync/Backup feature, opting in to TomioAI Cloud, and agreeing with its terms.
TomioAI Cloud is free with 10MB data storage/user. Availability is not guaranteed, and data loss is possible.
A valid TomioAI License Key gives you up to 10MB storage. Additional storage can be purchased via cloud storage subscription.
You can upgrade TomioAI Cloud for more storage. Fair use bandwidth policy applies.
TomioAI Cloud is one sharing option. Other services can be used to share and sync chat.
Self-host version supports TomioAI Cloud as well.

For TomioAI Custom Branding

Custom Branding works on self-hosted TomioAI version, not on TomioAI.com website.
Purchase TomioAI Self-host Package first. Custom Branding License is additional.
All users of self-host version must have a TomioAI License Key and an OpenAI API Key.

For TomioAI Custom Deployment

All purchases are refundable within 14 days.
Price includes 5 users; add new users at fixed price per user.
Subscriptions charged monthly, features subject to change.
Custom Deployment is still in development and may contain bugs.
Availability not guaranteed, product may change, bugs should be reported.
Custom Deployment support varies based on subscription.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by Wyoming, United States law.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with TomioAI.com.
